“Africa Calling” was a PM I received while I was still in South America Riding!
CapeKLR and I have been messaging for some time about riding in South Africa. The Power of ADV and now it is about to happen!

Was at Dubai airport at 5:30 Am to check in.

When I checked in, had only a few moments of Panic as they asked if I had a Visa for South Africa. I had checked and as US citizen, I just got it at the inbound border (but did I read things wrong ) … But the Agent was a bit confused until he brought over a supervisor. All Good. Whew!

Flight was almost 10 hours.

Arrived Cape Town at 4:15 in Afternoon!

I am very excited! It was cool arriving to my 7th Continent, and the 6th that I have ridden a motorbike on!!

And CapeKLR was there to meet me at the airport !! Africa Calling indeed! Feels great to be here. My bike is still enroute and was in JoBurg yesterday, and hopefully to arrive Cape Town today, and I should be able to go pick it up tomorrow!
